MULTIPLAZ-2500M is a multi-functional, portable, handheld water-plasma device easily cuts any known non-combustible material, (unlike gas-welding), including stainless and high-alloy steel, aluminum, titanium, brick, concrete and ceramic. The quality is inherent and comparable with that of a laser device. The MULTIPLAZ-2500M water-plasma set is a universal tool for metallic and non-metallic materials treatment. Neither compressors, nor pressurized cylinders, are required for its application. The only thing needed is a single-phase 220V socket connector and some tap water or aqueous-alcoholic mixture, filled directly into the torch. The suggested new plasma device differs from conventional equipment by its portability, it being ecologically sound and environmentally compatible and it being multifunctional. Cutting is performed by oblique and forward arcs; welding - by plasma and plasma-arc methods; soldering - by brazing alloy and common solder.
